Use of Site. This Site offers certain services to Employers including, without limitation: resume searching, banner advertisement, featured employer advertisement, corporate profile submission and other related services or packages of services (the "Services"). You may obtain these Services by registering as an Employer. Upon registering as an Employer, you will be provided with a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Our system administrator reserves the right to remove any password which it deems, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, obscene, abusive, hateful, libelous, threatening or inappropriate.
The Services may be purchased by Employers in North America exclusively. When making purchases or other transactions through this Site, you will either be invoiced via e-mail for the Services or you may pay for the Services by credit card. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or other users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such purchases are made. You will also be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, related to purchases on the Site. If you are invoiced via e-mail for the Services you purchase, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If your purchase is paid by credit card, you understand that you will provide credit card or other payment information to Company and to the payment service provider who will authorize your credit.. You acknowledge that Company and/or the payment service provider will use the information to charge you for any purchased Services. You acknowledge that the purchase may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the payment service provider retained by Company and you agree that such additional terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
You are responsible for any Submission that you make, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness and originality. You shall not submit to or otherwise publish through this Site any materials which: (a) libel, defame, invade privacy or are obscene, pornographic, abusive, hateful or threatening; (b) infringe any intellectual property right or other right of any entity or person, including without limitation any copyrights or trade-marks of any entity or person; (c) violate any law; (d) advocate illegal activity; or (e) post materials for Employers or for job opportunities located outside North America. Company reserves the right to remove Submissions which are abusive, illegal, disruptive or otherwise in breach of these Special Rules. You hereby warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights, in any such Submissions made by you, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and has validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above. You agree to indemnify Company and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses whatsoever, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and disbursements, resulting directly or indirectly from your breach of any of these terms and conditions and/or from your publication, submission, communication or distribution of any materials to or through this Site.
Employers/Recruiters may post only one distinct job vacancy per job posting purchased. Multiple job vacancies may not be listed in one job posting slot.
The job title and description may be changed throughout the posting period as often as required.
By purchasing one of our job posting packages, the Employer/Recruiter acknowledges acceptance of these terms and agrees to adhere to our one job description per job posting policy
Termination. Company may terminate your registration and access to this Site if you: (a) are in breach of these Special Rules or the general Terms and Conditions of Use; (b) impair the operations or efficiency of the Site through your use of the Site; and (c) fail to pay for the Services.
